National, regional and inter­national migration and asylum policies with their numerous topics and issues require strategic, conceptual and analytical know-how that has been tested in policy and practice. With our experi­ence in policy planning, consul­ting and evalu­ation of projects and programmes, we support govern­ments, admini­strations, inter­national organi­sations, the private sector and non-govern­mental organi­sations in finding solutions. We offer a critical and constructive (external) view and develop innova­tive, sustain­able and solution-oriented options. Depen­ding on the mandate, we work in different teams, but in a close exchange.
